A test render with some items from Redhouse Studio's Modern Apartment Bundle available at DAZ3D. This is now my favorite set of interior props, I'm glad I kept putting off getting it til now ^^
( The chair is from Great Room Accessories and the cushion on the bed is from Japaneese Flair, the background image is from the unlockable drafting board in the Sims 2. )

I purchased this bundle today for $1.62 using that nifty 97% off coupon we got when we downloaded Studio 3, but for those who already used theirs, it is currently 40% off =)

Nice render.

Isn't modern apartment also what they call apartment 39. It is one of my favorite sets as well.

That it is :D ( Do you know, if it is difficult to apply new textures without using the templates? I'm lazy and prefer to just slap a square tilable map on things )

I've been waiting... Gosh since I joined a few years ago to get this one, it's always been out of reach until now. Lol now if I can manage to get the room creator [link] I'll basically have everything off my wishlist x)

Oh, lol! Yeah, I know I have a ton of stuff I've never used in uploads, just getting them to have them (mostly those weekly freebies) I figure I will use some things in random backgrounds, but I figured, I've wanted it for so long that it deserved one promo from me in return :XD:

Well I just happened to be experimenting with the floor plane from that bundle and I just went into surfaces and switched its texture with the ceiling no problem. The render looked odd but it worked :XD:

Room creator looks fairly involved.

That's promising, thank you :heart: I have tons of textures I pull from [link] (up to 15mb a day) and always looking for models that will benefit from them ^^

Yeah, it's not a dire want anymore but it was one of the first items on my wish list. I would prefer the whole Dream House set but, I'm afriad to add the prices up :XD:
